1. Service Description
iGaming Events is a B2B event calendar platform for iGaming professionals, operated by Blokotech Ltd (“we”, “us”). The service aggregates, verifies, and displays global iGaming conferences, expos, summits and related events.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate professional information
- One account per person; professional email required
- You are responsible for maintaining password security
- You must be at least 18 years old
3. Free and Paid Plans
Free plan: Read-only access to all event listings, search, and filtering.
Pro plan (€4.99/month or €39.99/year): Event reminders, live calendar sync, AI-powered hotel tips, suggestion box, and full export capabilities.
Enterprise: Custom pricing for teams, sponsors, and event organizers. Contact us for details.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments processed securely via Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime via your account’s billing portal
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download event data
- Share calendar feed URLs with non-account holders
- Use the service for automated or commercial redistribution of event data
- Attempt to compromise service security or access other users’ accounts
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Hotel and side-event tips are generated by AI and provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy of hotel recommendations, pricing, or availability. Always verify independently before booking.
7. Event Data Accuracy
We verify event data across multiple sources, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Event dates, venues, and details may change. Always confirm with the event organizer before making travel arrangements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGaming Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including travel bookings made based on event data or AI recommendations.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
